This Saturday we drove from the DD base in Harrow up the M1 to the lovely Empire Banqueting hall in Leicester for the wedding of Jaz and Nav. ย Although we performed for Jaz in the morning for a Bharat entrance at the local gurdwara where the ‘Anand Karaj’ ceremony took place, the much bigger performance was theย Grand Entrance at the reception.
The Grand Entrance was just the beginning of the dancing; DJ Chaz ‘Groovemaster’ was displaying some fine mixing skills and blending the latest Bhangra songs with some great RnB classics, it was fantastic! To capture all the best dance moves and smiles on the dancefloor was Guv and Tej better known as ‘Topaz Media’, who were snapping away to get all the action on camera. There was also live music from Nero String quartet who elegantly played well known songs like ‘Viva La Vida’ by Coldplay. This was another great party at the Empire!
