When it comes to unforgettable weddings, Ibiza never disappointsโand Bride Amunn and Groom Alejandro’s big day was no exception! This stunning celebration took place at a luxurious villa on the island, with impeccable planning by the brilliant Ruth Alexander. Ruth is one of those rare planners who is calm, collected, and an absolute joy to work with. She really knows how to bring out the best in every supplier and service provider. Weโre thrilled to be collaborating with her again soon!
DJ Suki Motion and I (Deewaan) had the honour of hosting and DJing for two incredible nights. The first night was all about the Mehndi and Sangeet, where we brought a bespoke Drummers Delight Jago party set to life, filled with old-school Punjabi classics. Talk about a proper throwback vibe! Songs like “Duppata,” “Dhola ve Dhola,” and AS Kangโs hits had the energy soaring right from the start.

The second day was all about the main wedding and reception. The ceremony itself was nothing short of breathtakingโset against the backdrop of the sparkling sea, with stunning floral decor that complemented the natural beauty of Ibiza. Ruthโs planning was, once again, impeccable. 
After the ceremony, we provided an Ibiza lounge vibe soundscape for the aperitif, accompanied by an incredible saxophonist and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea. Think Cafรฉ del Mar meets Buddha Bar, with a slow build into Afro house grooves.
Then, the guests moved into the villaโs main garden for dinner, where we created another bespoke moment: a Drummers Delight entrance to a remix of “Mi Gente.” Talk about goosebumps! The energy was electric as we brought the big drum beats, and the bride and groom entered like absolute rockstars. The timing was magicalโclear blue skies just before golden hour.ย
DJ Suki Motion and I kept the vibe smooth during dinner, with some Motown and
Soul classics, plus a bit of Bachata and Salsa to get everyone moving. The speeches that followed were heartfelt, and Alejandro, the groom, gave us the most amazing shoutout. Itโs moments like these that remind us why we love what we doโwhen clients become friends, and we know weโve helped make their day truly special.
As for the first dance, it was pure emotion. We followed up with “My Girl” by The Temptations as the second song, which went down a treat!
Now, letโs talk about the partyโbecause it was absolutely next level. You see the pool in this photo? (Insert photo) Well, not long after dinner, the party took a wild turn, and before we knew it, most of the guests had jumped into the poolโincluding the bride and groom in their dress and tuxedo! What can we say? Blame the DJ and dhol players for hyping everyone up so much! ๐
Just before our signature Drummers Delight set, we somehow managed to get everyone out of the pool and back onto the dancefloor. The combination of water, sweat, and pure joy was unforgettable as we drummed our way through the night.
This wedding in Ibiza was one for the books, and we canโt wait to bring the Drummers Delight energy back to Spain soon!
